Local Knowledge. Real Property Experience. A Personal Approach.

Central Washington has been part of my life long before I called it home. After relocating from Western Washington, I chose to put down roots in a community I had been connected to for years—a place where the mountains, small towns, and year-round recreation create a lifestyle unlike anywhere else. From skiing and hiking to long summer days outdoors, I don't just sell homes here; I understand why people want to live, invest, and spend their time here.

As a John L. Scott broker serving Leavenworth, Cashmere, Wenatchee, and the surrounding Central Washington communities, I bring more than traditional real estate experience to the table. For over a decade, I've worked in short-term rental and property management, giving me firsthand experience with vacation homes, investment properties, guest expectations, property presentation, staging, maintenance, and the details that can influence both a property's marketability and its long-term value.

Representation

Real estate is personal, and I believe representation should be too. Whether you're selling a longtime family home, relocating to Central Washington, purchasing your first property, or considering a second home or investment, I take the time to understand what matters to you.

My goal isn't simply to get a transaction to closing. It's to provide thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and strong representation so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

Expertise That Goes Beyond the Sale

Central Washington real estate is highly local. A property in downtown Leavenworth can require a very different strategy than a home in Cashmere, a Wenatchee neighborhood, a mountain property, or a vacation rental.

My background gives me a unique perspective on how properties are actually used, maintained, presented, marketed, and experienced. After more than a decade in short-term rental and property management, I've developed an eye for the details that buyers notice and an understanding of how thoughtful preparation and staging can help a seller's property stand apart.

For buyers—particularly those considering a second home or vacation property—I can offer practical insight that extends beyond bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. I understand many of the questions that come with owning property in a four-season destination and can help clients look at the bigger picture before making an investment.

Marketing & Negotiation

A great property deserves more than a sign in the yard and an MLS listing. I approach each listing individually, considering the property's strengths, likely buyer, presentation, positioning, and the story that will make it stand out in the market.

When it's time to negotiate, I combine preparation with a calm, practical approach. Price matters, but so do contingencies, timelines, inspections, financing, and the many smaller terms that can ultimately determine whether an agreement is truly in my client's best interest.

From Contract to Closing—and Beyond

An accepted offer is an important milestone, but it's far from the end of my job. I stay actively involved through inspections, appraisal, title, escrow, financing, and closing, coordinating with the professionals involved and keeping my clients informed along the way.

I chose real estate because it brings together so much of what I already know and enjoy: homes, hospitality, property presentation, problem-solving, and the Central Washington lifestyle.

Whether you're already part of this community, moving here from Western Washington or beyond, searching for a mountain retreat, considering an investment property, or wondering what your Central Washington home could be worth, I'd be happy to help you determine your next step.
